Terms of use

Last updated 2026-10-21

ClaimChef is operated by ClaimChef, a US-based company. By using the site, tracker or extension you agree to these terms.

What ClaimChef is

The free tracker is provided as-is. It tracks and reminds. It never claims for you, never logs in for you and never buys anything. ClaimChef is not a casino and is not affiliated with any sweepstakes casino. We give no financial or legal advice and guarantee no income.

Third-party information

Casino bonus values and rules are third-party reported or recorded by us and can change without notice. Check each casino before relying on a number. SC means sweeps credit, not dollars.

Your responsibilities

You must be 21 or older. You are responsible for following each casino's own rules and the laws of your state. Void where prohibited.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site or gateway: no scraping at abusive rates, no attacking the service, no using ClaimChef to break a casino's rules or any law, and no sharing of other people's tracker tokens.

Paid auto-claimer

The paid auto-claimer is in development and not on sale. No purchase flow exists. Any future paid terms will be added here before sale.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided as-is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, ClaimChef is not liable for lost bonuses, account actions by a casino, or other losses from using the tracker. [owner: counsel to review limitation of liability and arbitration clauses]

Rankings and disclosure

No ranking on this site is for sale. We earn no commission today. If that changes, every paid link will be labeled.

Changes

We may change these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Questions: support page.
