What KYC is

Know-Your-Customer checks are where a sweeps site verifies you are a real, eligible human before paying out: government ID, address, sometimes a selfie or SSN re-verification above thresholds (RealPrize gates at 600 SC). Legit sites must do this; a site that never asks is the bigger red flag.

Our hard line

KYC is always human-in-the-loop. ClaimChef never fills identity forms, never uploads documents, never negotiates a verification flow — identity checks are always done by you, on the casino's own site. The same rule covers signups flagged owner-manual (Crown Coins, Spree, RealPrize, NoLimit Coins): nobody signs up for you, because identity is yours.

Why this matters
